STEP-by-STEP GUIDE TO I-693 IMMIGRATION PHYSICALS
Visit 1: Intake and Information Gathering.

- We will gather demographic information (such as name, address, date of birth, etc)
- Review your medical history and decide what (if any) records are needed
- Perform a physical exam
- Discuss and review the USCIS vaccine requirements, which vary by age
- Review and order the relevant required lab tests (QFT, RPR, GC)
- Visit #1 Cost is $250 payable by cash or credit card and includes blood test fees.
- Optional: This first visit can also be done virtually.
Visit 2: Finalizing your I-693
- We will schedule this visit after receiving your blood test results, and after your vaccine requirements are completed
- Complete and sign the I-693, make a copy for your records, and then seal it in an envelope for delivery to USCIS.
- Visit #2 Cost is $225 payable by cash or credit card
