Evergreen Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Immigration Medical Exam Coordinator to manage our growing immigration medical exam process. This is a crucial role that directly impacts the lives of individuals navigating the immigration process. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is required.

In this role, you will:
- Manage the entire immigration medical exam process, from initial inquiry to final report submission.
- Schedule appointments, collect necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with USCIS regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders, both in English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and other relevant software.
- Coordinate lab testing and other necessary procedures.
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients throughout the process.
Do you have what it takes? We're looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Is proficient in Google Sheets and other basic computer applications.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is empathetic, patient, and culturally sensitive.
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with immigration processes or healthcare administration is also a plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to urgent care and straightforward primary care patients, both Adult and Pediatric
- Conduct patient histories and physical exams in person and virtually
- Order and interpret diagnostic lab and imaging studies
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and more
- Follow up with patients via phone or video to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Oregon PA-C license and active DEA registration
- Strong clinical knowledge and a willingness to perform hands-on procedures
- Experience with electronic health record systems (Athena preferred)
- Prior clinical experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train energetic new graduates
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages, including kids and seniors
